The Premiere Convention - IT Direct Items (Better Late Than Never)

These images were finally released a little while ago, and I haven't gotten around to posting them.  That is until... RIGHT NOW.  Ha ha!  At the convention, each registration pack had two tickets in it for IT Direct items.  There was also a shoe pack that would fit the new (or old depending on how you look at it) FR2 feet.  Apparently there was lots of trading, and I kind of imagine it looking like that scene in Ferris Bueller when they go and watch the Chicago stock market, and Cameron is getting right into it.  The most popular ticket seemed to be for Hard Metal Lillith, then Poppy (when is Poppy NOT popular?)

Hard Metal Lillith:

She's completely gorgeous, but I'm glad that I don't NEED her. Her coloring is very similar to Rocking Ever After Lillith, whom I own.  And she's far too expensive on the secondary market (about 350 bones) for me to try and go after her.  I have enough expensive dolls on my want list, dammit.  So, I'm still resisting this girl.

In Sequins Anja:

In Sequins is my FAVE of the IT Direct bunch.  She's such a golden-kissed goddess.  I put my name in for the lottery, and we haven't heard anything yet.  I've got all my fingers and toes crossed, but I have shitty, shitty lotto luck, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up.  Hard Metal and In Sequins weren't actually labeled as Lillith and Anja, but rather as ITBE.  Both are on the Nu.Face body.

Fashion Creature Tulabelle:

She's a little... unusual.  I like that.  I sold all my Tulabelle dolls because of focusing my collection, but I think she's really fun.  I'm not sure a lot of collectors really knew how to take her, because she didn't seem to sell at all.  I've barely seen ANY post-convention pics of this girl. She's actually wearing The Happening Poppy's dress (Poppy is her grandmother, if you recall, so she's borrowing from Nana's closet).  Love the Epcot-style space boots.

Tricks Up Her Sleeve Poppy Parker:

This is one pretty Poppy.  I love her face, and the white hair.  When they release really pretty Poppy dolls like this, it makes me glad that I don't collect her.  Collecting Poppy is like being a Christian thrown in the lion pit - it's fucking fierce and a battle to the death.
