I first heard this song on The Voice (since CeeLo is a coach on there), and fell in love with it. It also really suits Femi, who is Agnes's homicide partner, and she's really in it to fight the good fight. She's an implanted American from Burkina Faso, and no matter what awful shit the world has, and will, show her, she will always fight to win for those who can't fight themselves.
