Leifang, the new fighter in town

One of the Christmas dolls that I got from my dear friend Kimberley was Dangerous To Know Kyori.  She's just as beautiful in person as she is in all the images I was frothing at the mouth at.  I decided to name her Leifang, after a character from the Dead Or Alive series.  As you know, if you read my blog, I'm pretty obsessed with DOAX, the beach volleyball offshoot of the fighting game series.  It's like dolls in video game forms.  It's like Dangerous To Know is an older, wiser version of the character.  She's not my fave girl in the series (that would be Helena), but her fighting style - Tai Chi Quan, is so beautiful and elegant.  Most people don't know that Tai Chi started as a discipline of martial arts rather than zen exercises.

This is one doll whose updo I won't be taking down.  So gorgeous!
