Ysolda, The First Of Her Age

So, I now have a Jon Copeland repaint in my possession!  That's kind of a big damn deal to me, since he's by far my fave Integrity repainter.  There's a sexy sultriness, and a sharp edge, to his repaints that I love.  Ysolda's eyes seem to burn with knowledge.  I got this gal from a very good friend, and I didn't even notice the little gold streak in her (fucking awesome) hairstyle until I had her in my hands.  Ysolda is going to be part of my 'Second String' superhero team storyline.  I keep playing around with a name for the all-girl team of mostly misfits that the Top Flight team wouldn't have because of uncontrollable powers, behavioral problems, or lack of marketing appeal.  And every superhero world needs their rogue's gallery.

As I've mentioned in the past (if you pay attention to my ramblings here instead of just looking at pictures), Claire is the leader of an assassin's cell that are paid killers, but also anti-superpowers.  They are the Zodiac Belt, with 14 members.  There are actually 13 constellations in the Zodiac Belt, but when the people who made up astrology way back when were making it up, they thought 13 was bad luck, so they omitted Ophiucus, the Serpent Bearer.  But, that makes 13 constellations, so why 14 members?  Because Gemini is going to be twins.  I've decided on fraternal twins, since I'm just too fucking poor to afford doubles of dolls, and I don't also care for having doubles of dolls.  Claire, as the leader, chose Ophiucus, the forgotten sign, the Serpent Bearer.  She then searched the world for like-minded women with the right skill sets.  Ysolda represents Scorpius, the Scorpion.  But, there is definitely more to this assassin cell than meets the eye....
