F is for Fighter! (and Frankie!)

So, yesterday I found a command line app so I could extract saved images from my PS3, and then decompress them.  As you know if you've read my blog since the beginning, I love the girls from the Dead Or Alive video game series.  I mostly love the volleyball sidegames, but I still buy the fighting games (even though I'm really bad at fighting games - I'm the epitome of button mashing).  In Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate, there's a photo mode, where you can take pictures of already viewed movies.  So, I used this app to extract those photos.  I think it turned out pretty nicely.  Here's a couple of examples, featuring Leifang's Costume 1 and Costume 2:

I know I'll be doing all the girls and all their costumes (once I have enough money to download them all, that is).  But, there are enough to unlock that it will take me a while to take pictures of all their outfits.  I'm not really doing this for any other reason than just for myself.  I used to have a DOAX site once upon a time.  If they truly announce DOAX3, then I may consider starting it up again.
