Like Mother, Like Daughter....? (Vanessa Redressed)

Yesterday, when I got Wendy and took her out for a photoshoot, I took 5 other dolls with me.  I usually do 6 at a time, because that's about how many pictures I can take before my battery starts giving out.  One of the dolls that went out for pictures along with Wendy was Vanessa.  I actually took their pictures one after another, and realized that they look like they can be related.  For reference, check out the last post for shots of Wendy, and now look at these images of Vanessa.

I knew before Clash Control Erin (Wendy) arrived what her storyline would be, and Vanessa already has a set storyline, being a Witch of Winter who is corrupted when the veil between the worlds of the living and dead is weakest on Samhain (Halloween).  But, then it started occurring to me.... maybe this Witch gone horribly wrong (and she is pretty horribly evil), also befell evil on her family, either accidentally or on purpose.  Vanessa is a compulsive liar, so she'd never tell the truth of it, and Wendy's personal records have been destroyed, so there's a lot of interesting horrors that I can fill in the blanks with.  And it connects my superheroine world with my witch world.

Vanessa looks pretty easy-going and fun loving here.  DON'T BE FOOLED.  She be evil.
