GLOSS CONVENTION - Friday and Saturday

Woke up this morning to an official email from the WClub with official images of all the dolls that were available on Friday and Saturday.  We'll start with the Poppy Luncheon:

Angel In Blue Poppy:

I think a lot of people were surprised by this girl when they saw her.  This is definitely not a usual look for Poppy. She has the high-heeled feet version of Poppy's body, and was the luncheon centerpiece.  I didn't win the chance to buy her, but that's fine.  My Poppy experiment was short-lived, and I'm not sorry that I bowed out of collecting her.  She's very pretty, though.  I love her giant hair (as you all know, I have a thing for giant hair)


Starlight Poppy Parker:

This is the giveaway Poppy for the luncheon, and she's extremely pretty.  Again, she's using the IFDC Poppy screening, like most of the Poppies available at the convention used.  She reminds me of a redhead Beatnik Blues.  Cute shoes, too!  I sold mine to a good friend.

So, after the Poppy Luncheon, there was the Friday Night Halloween Bazaar, where they wanted everyone to bring their room sales items downstairs for mingling.  There was also a fashion giveaway for all that attended that.  It's called Illustrious:

The gown is pretty,, but I don't know if it's my style yet.  Maybe if it were shorter.  But what IS my style is the prototype Tatyana that's wearing it!!!!  I hope this means that in the future, we'll be seeing Tatyana again soon!!  She's one of my fave sculpts, and when I saw this picture, I died for both happiness and sadness.  I LOVE YOU TATYANA!!!


The next day was the last day of convention.  The first order of business was that the container held up in customs FINALLY showed up, so the Integrity team had stayed up all night to get things sorted out *big round of applause*.  They were running on no sleep, but still were all very excited about the WClub luncheon, as was everyone else.  It was the return of Nu.Face!

Sensuous Affair Giselle:

So, of course the doll that's going to kick it all off is Giselle, the most popular of the Nu.Face girls.  Giselle was the centerpiece, and everyone at the WClub luncheon at the chance to buy her.  My proxy was not a WClub member, so I didn't have the chance at the dolls available, but I have a couple blonde Giselles, so didn't really see the need to get this girl.  But, I DO want her fashion,  So awesome!

After lunch, there were a couple of announcements about Nu.Face.  One of the workshop dolls, for the 3D printer workshop, had the Nu.Face body, so she'd been kept hidden until now.  And she is STUNNING.  I will definitely have to try and get her.  I'm hoping there will be a lottery for her.

Tantalizing Dominique:

Soooooooo Gorgeous!!!!!!  I don't have any Dominiques, so I'm really hoping to get my hands on this girl at some point!

After that awesome reveal, there was another one.  Ayumi 3,0.  They gave her a new face to go along with the new Nu.Face body.  The luncheon crowed was then told that she would be available for sale at the final gala dinner that night.  And she's GORGEOUS.  Here's another doll that I'm hoping will be available via lottery.

Evening Siren Ayumi:

I ran out of money, so I couldn't purchase her. Wah-wah.

Then they teased a bit before revealing the luncheon giveaway doll.

Chrome Noir Erin:

Holy sex on a stick.  Again, I couldn't get this girl, but I've found her elsewhere at a very decent price, so I'm hoping she'll come home within the next few weeks.  Love that the outfit is shorts instead of a mini-dress.


At the Friday night gala, there was some housekeeping with dolls that had been held up in customs, so everyone got their Le Smoking Adele and Starlight Poppy dolls.  Then, there was the centerpiece.  A blonde Elise!

Intrigue Elise:

I purchased this girl instead of Evening Siren Ayumi.  And I think I made the right choice, because she's Hell on Wheels.  She's wearing a miniature version of Jason Wu's Tuxedo Jumpsuit, and she has a FUCKING WATCH.  OMG YESSSSS. You have no idea how many times I've asked for that in the WClub.  I also found out that Le Smoking Adele also has a watch.  OMGGGGGG.  Please tell me that this is something that will continue, and not just be for these two dolls.

And then there was the final doll.  And HOLY SHIT.

Intimate Reveal Agnes:

Agnes always comes in and steals the show, and she BAMFed it tonight.  The dress is a miniature Wu design, and she looks enough like Silver Zinger that I'm not going to search for her anymore.  Good God, she's fucking fab!
