Billie (Tricks Of The Trade Eugenia)

Eugenia is a VERY popular character in the Fashion Royalty world, but this particular incarnation of her doesn't seem to get a lot of love.  Maybe it's because the original fashion she came in was pretty weird.  Separately, all the pieces were cool, but together it made for a strange outfit.  I think she redresses spectacularly, though.
