Phoebe (The Stingers Rapture)

I love Jem.  LOVE IT.  But, after a couple of tries, I realized that the dolls didn't really fit into what my collection IS.  But, Rapture did. So, I still have a little piece of Jem in my collection (and I'll pick up some other CI girls here and there, which I think of as the modern incarnation of what the characters might look like)
