My wonderful friend Crystal, whom I finally got to meet, also gave me a gift! I didn't pick up a grab box, but I guess this lovely doll was a double? It's a Color Infusion Monroe Jillian, which is one of my fave CI sculpts:
I actually said that I thought it might be an Aladdin theme for the WClub luncheon and I was right!
Rayna as Jasmine! I purchased her, and we also got Giselle as Aladdin. Lesbian Aladdin!!!!
And then the final dinner was upon us - the centerpiece was a gorgeous silver frosted Snow Queen Adele (My number was not called for her), and our final doll was Malefique Elyse (who is of course Maleficent to Nadja's Sleeping Beauty):
It was an AMAZING time. They announced that next year's theme is Luxe Life, and that it will be in Portland, Oregon. Now that I've experienced the IT Convention, I can't miss it. Portland will be a dead-ass expensive flight for me since it's across the continent, but I don't want to be at home watching on Flickr. I want to be there!
You acquired some fabulous dolls! I only followed the convention online through other collectors' pictures, and never will attend one (too far thus too expensive, I live in Belgium), but I can imagine what a thrill it must be to actually be there :-). Rayna, Ayumi and Giselle all look super!
