La Femme Collection - Fashion Royalty

We had our WClub webinar on Saturday (I've really missed Webinars!  I want more of them, or a really big long one once a year!), and Nu.Face and Fashion Royalty were revealed.  It was also revealed that Jessy Ayala, the Nu.Face designer, worked on this year's FR collection.  I love Jessy's work, so I was happy.  But I'm also curious what Vaughn Sawyers is doing - probably working on convention stuff.

All of these dolls will release Fall/Winter.

Vivacite Eugenia:

Oof, this doll is stunning!  I am confirmed for her.  In the past, I've said that I can take or leave Eugenia, but then I realized I have quite a few versions of her, and they're some of my fave dolls, and it occurred to me "fuck, I really love Eugenia!"  I love the Mediterranean vibe of this doll with her head scarf and capris.  She's also got the Going Public screening, which is Godlike.

Coquette Jordan:

She's back, she's back!  And she looks so lovely!  Jordan now has a last name - Duvall!  I thought she was Ethiopian, so the last name is a little surprising, but since FR takes place in France, she could be French with Ethiopian descent.  It doesn't really *matter*, but I just happen to find name roots and immigration history interesting.  I didn't realize how much I missed Jordan until she was revealed.  I voted for her when we had the upgrade doll vote just before this year's WClub opened.  I hope that means that we'll see more of her in the future, instead of this one small glimpse to sustain us.

Sophisticee Vanessa:

I think this doll will be a sleeper.  She was the one that seemed to get the least amount of chatter after the webinar, and sort of receded to the background in the face of all the other fierce dolls.  However, the more I look at this Vanessa, the more I really like her.  I really really really like the construction of the sleeves of her blouse - it's very different!  Her coloring is also very soft and pretty.  I haven't bonded with a ton of Vanessa 3.0s, but the more I think about this girl, the more I like her.  Since she seems to be the least popular of the group, hopefully she'll be up for grabs later down the line.

Sedusiante Elyse:

Oh fuck YES.  If you're a member of the WClub forums and frequent it, there was a  Photoshop mock-up going around made by a very talented member of the community named Patrizia where Elyse had dark skin.  AND THEY DID IT.  She's absolutely breathtaking, and she will be a lottery.  I will DEFINITELY be entering for this one.  She's AMAZING.  She's also got the new flat feet for FR.  They're going to do it the same way as Industry does it (and soon Poppy Parker from what I understand).  Since the bodies now 'explode' so you can replace parts that break instead of the whole body, you can remove the leg below the knee and add on different feet for more fashion options.  So Elyse will be the test of that, where she'll have both high heel lower legs, and flat feet lower legs.  The foot will also be removable like the Hommes, and the 16" lines, so shoes can go on more easily.

Exquise Adele:

Wow.  Adele is back in a big way.  Not only does she come back after an absence, but she comes back with 2.0.  I know that this is most peoples' fave Adele sculpt.  I like 3.0, but do have a fondness for 2.0 as well.  This doll exudes glamour, and I love her short, vintage hairstyle.  I think she will be the hardest to find out of all the dolls in this collection.  Everything about her is perfect.

Amazing collection from Jessy!  With Nu.Face and Fashion Royalty looking so amazing, it makes me scared for how much awesome stuff will be at convention.  My poor wallet!
