Liu Liu (Style Savior Liu Liu Ling)

Finally got a chance to take some pics of my new girls!  I've had an up-and-down relationship with this doll before she arrived.  When she was first revealed, I was totally in love with her... then when she was released and the first pictures were trickling in, I lost my interest in her.  I thought her face looked weird and her eyes too small.  I was going to cancel my order for her (because all I can think about is how expensive convention is going to be and how awesome all the dolls will be...).  But, then she arrived, and now I'm really digging her again.  I pierced her nose, and considered painting her lips black or purple, but decided to leave them.  In real life, she's actually really pretty!  Her dress (along with Come Thru Tulabelle who will come later) is really great, too.  There were a lot of complaints about the line and how all the Industry dolls were wearing black.  I get it since we *do* get a lot of black clothing, but I do like black, and these dresses are really nicely made.  I might also have to try to pick up Binx in the future, too.  Maybe she'll be the same sort of thing as Liu Liu - in that I'm not overwhelmed by her in pictures, but she's nicer in real life.
