Dita (Kiss You In Paris Mademoiselle Jolie)

I've been focusing lately on great convention dolls of conventions past, and I have to say that the Supermodel collection might be my second fave of all the past convention collections, with Premiere a close first.  I think the ONLY thing I'd say negative about the Supermodel convention collection (and it's a really minor quibble) is the hatched corners of the eyebrows on pretty much every doll.  It's not something that I necessarily mind, but once I noticed it was on every doll, I couldn't un-notice it, you know?  Though, Iconic convention's collection was pretty insanely great, too...

There are still some dolls from the Supermodel convention that I want to get (Cover Girl Veronique, someday you will be mine!), but I think my fave of the whole bunch might be Kiss You In Paris Mademoiselle Jolie.  Not only is she 90's Madonna, but she's the Luchia 1.0/Isha face sculpt, which as you all know, is my FAVE FAVE FAVE.  Her hair is also really gorgeous, and it's springy without having too much product in it.  I imagine that I'll have not nearly enough money to buy stuff at Convention that I want, and will be leaving some great dolls behind, but if I can get a few that I adore as much as this doll, I will be a VERY happy camper come October.
