This is one of my FAVE songs, and it's also the first Combichrist song that I heard, introducing me to the band, which is now one of my forever favorites. To me their music sounds like something that would play at a Cenobite Discotheque. Which actually kind of describes Annabel Lee's life. She can see 'hell', or a place that may as well be Hell, and has to prevent escapees while trying to tiptoe her way through a messy, monstrous political landscape that is her black legacy. She's the main character in a novel that I've been working on called The Umbra.
