Sooooo, I updated the sidebar with my layaways included on my pre-orders. Not only my layaways, but other dolls that I didn't necessarily pre-order, but got through lotteries or trades or whatever. Yeah... I have a few dolls on layaway. I have a friend who is GREAT to me about letting me pay slowly for things, and she's gotten me some of my holiest grails. Actually, a parcel came today from her. I have a little kitty with her towards all my layaways, and I asked her to pick one or two dolls to send me so I'd have something to unwrap under the tree on Christmas. So she sent them, and I have NO IDEA which of the dolls they aren't, and I won't know until Christmas morning. She even slightly fudged the declaration value so I couldn't deduce who it was by math. (Which I totally would do - do not fear math!)
This was all stupidly my idea, the whole secrecy thing. I hate surprises, and I just led myself right into one???? Ugh. But I dooooo have a plan to have a Christmas morning photoshoot where a couple of my dolls will open up the other dolls. We'll see if that actually happens, though. Sometimes I have awesome plans and never go through with them.
